Karen Lindley AM, is a qualified Gemmologist (1982) and registered NCJV valuer.
For more than 40 years Karen conducted a boutique business in the Sydney CBD operating as a bespoke jeweller and wholesale gemstone merchant prior to the recent sale of her business to a local third generation family jeweller.
Karen has been active in industry associations and has served, on the Board of the Jewellers Association of Australia, the Gemmological Association Committee and was a former Chair of the Australian Gem Industry Association. She has held several external private and Government Board positions. She received the Distinguished Service Award from the Jewellery Industry in 2020 and the Member Of The Order of Australia (AM) in the Queens Birthday Honours of 2021 for services to the jewellery Industry and social welfare initiatives.

John Chapman BSc (Physics)
John Chapman has a degree in Physics and has been active in the diamond industry for over 35 years from exploration to the grading of polished goods. He has spent much of that time as the Diamond Technology Manager at the Argyle diamond mine, where he conducted extensive scientific research on pink diamonds and developed instruments for sorting and grading them.
John founded the ‘Rough Diamond Review’ magazine where he worked as its Editor.
Most recently, John has been designing and manufacturing optical instruments for gemmologists.
He currently owns and operates the Delta Diamond Laboratory in Perth. DELTA specialises in the identification of the origin of pink and violet diamonds, especially those originally sourced from the Argyle mine.

Gavin Pearce BA, B.Bus. has worked in the diamond, gemstone and related technology industries for 28 years. Gavin is a highly respected fancy coloured diamond specialist having worked at the Argyle diamond mine for a decade in operations and sales including the operations management of the annual tenders.
During the 1990s Gavin worked in Japan developing luxury jewellery supply chains for the major houses and is fluent in Japanese language.
Most recently Gavin was Chief Strategy Officer for FIIV Group mine where he was responsible for the promotion of new mining relate technologies. He was also Head of Sales and Marketing for AIM listed Tanzanite One and Richland Resources.

Daniel is the 3rd generation member of the Anania family to own and operate the Anania Family Jewellers business, established by his grandfather in Sydney in 1965. Daniel has diamond Jewellery running through in his DNA.
